About Osteopathy & Medical Acuputure
Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy which works mainly through joint manipulation, stretching, massage and mobilisation. Osteopathy is an Allied Health Profession, it is covered by various health insurances and used within the NHS. Osteopaths are trained to degree-level or higher, and are regulated by the General Osteopathic Council. As an Osteopath, I have specialist training to support women during pregnancy and to provide gentle treatment for babies, adapting techniques to suit their individual needs.
Medical Acupuncture is a modern, evidence-based treatment that uses fine needles to relieve pain and support recovery from musculoskeletal conditions.

Sangita Mistry
I went to see Francesco as my newborn was suffering from reflux and I heard cranial osteopathy can help to restore balance and alignment. I definitely noticed a change in her after a few sessions and found her reflux subsided and she was so much happier. Would definitely recommend Francesco to all new mums!
Arti Chauhan
If you suffer from any long-standing injuries or mobility issues, I would recommend paying Francesco a visit. He was able to help me with a footballing injury that i’ve been putting up with for a number of years. Top professional with lots of knowledge and experience!
Himal Patel
Francesco treated me when I had really bad neck strain. Francesco was patient, polite and did a full assessment to try to help me ease my pain. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions
Your osteopath will take time to understand your symptoms, assess how your body is moving, and look for factors that may be contributing to pain, stiffness, or restricted movement. Treatment may include hands-on techniques, mobilisation, manipulation, stretching, massage, exercise advice, and medical acupuncture where appropriate.
Osteo Lab supports patients with musculoskeletal concerns such as back pain, neck pain, joint pain, sports injuries, headaches, sciatica, pregnancy-related discomfort, and baby osteopathy.
Your first appointment includes time to talk through your symptoms, medical history, and any concerns you may have. This is followed by a physical assessment and treatment advice tailored to your individual needs.
The number of sessions depends on the nature of your problem, your assessment findings, and how your body responds. Your osteopath will discuss this with you after your first appointment.
Medical acupuncture may be used where appropriate alongside osteopathy, rehabilitation exercises, and personalised advice. Your osteopath will assess your condition, review your medical history, and explain whether acupuncture is recommended for your case.
